David D. Elsberg has been with the firm since 1984. He has nearly 33 years of practice in Real Estate matters, including transactional work, land use and litigation. He is a member of the National Business Institute Faculty, has conducted seminars for attorneys interested in foreclosure and title insurance issues, and written course material.
In addition. Mr. Elsberg has been an Agency Representative of the Virginia Retirement Systems for over 27 years and conducts informal fact findings to determine the eligibility of claimants for disability benefits. several of these cases have been the subject of review by the virginia supreme court.
As a recipient of the Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directory “AV” rating, he is listed among its preeminent lawyers.
Mr. elsberg is a 1973 graduate of the University of Virginia with a B.A. in English and a Master of Arts in English in 1975, also from the University of Virginia. He earned is J.D. from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in 1978 and was a member of the law review.
